MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE PROPOSED
ROAD AND WATER MAIN EXTENSION ON MUNGER, EAST OF MERRIMAN ROAD
IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 14
On July 8, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council at 8 00 p m Present Joan McCotter,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett,
Ron Ochala. Absent Robert E McCann
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
proposed road and water main extension on Munger, East of Merriman Road,
in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 14, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately fifty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 30 p m , July 8, 1987.
