MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF LAUREL (PLYMOUTH TO SOUTH OF PINETREE) AND
imm PINETREE (WAYNE TO STARK) IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 33
On August 26, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 00 p.m Present Robert E. McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra,
Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Ron Ochala. Absent:
Joan McCotter.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Laurel (Plymouth to South of
Pinetree) and Pinetree (Wayne to Stark) in the West 1/2 of Section 33.
There were approximately 80 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 35 p m. , August 26, 1987.
