MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT OF MYRNA, LOVELAND TO HUBBARD
Imm IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 15
On August 17, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8: 15 p.m. Present Robert E. McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra,
Robert Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala Absent. Joan
McCotter.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Myrna, Loveland to
Hubbard in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15 of the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 100 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:26 p.m , August 17, 1987.
