MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 43 FOR PARAGON PROPERTIES COMPANY
(PARAGON TECHNOLOGY PARK)
On October 26, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President
of the Council at 8 47 P M Present Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Joan McCotter,
Fernon P Feenstra and Robert R Bishop Absent Robert E McCann and Robert D
Bennett
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development District
No 43, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended,
petitioned by Paragon Properties Company (Paragon Technology Park)
There were approximately seven people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 50 P II , October 26, 1987
