MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
OF LAUREL (PLYMOUTH TO SOUTH OF PINETREE) AND PINETREE (WAYNE
Imo TO STARK) IN SECTION 33 OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On January 26, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 8:30 p.m Present Joan McCotter,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett,
Ron Ochala and Robert E. McCann Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement of Laurel (Plymouth to south of Pinetree) and Pine-
tree (Wayne to Stark) in Section 33 of the City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 60 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 00 p m. , January 26, 1987.
