MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF MAYFIELD (SEVEN MILE TO CLARITA)
IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10
On April 6, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 20 p m Present Robert E McCann,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Mayfield
(Seven Mile to Clarita) in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10 of the City
Ilw of Livonia.
There were approximately 50 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:50 p.m. , April 6, 1987.
