MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 86-6-2-25 (WAIVER USE)
lio On October 6, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 21 p.m. Present Robert R Bishop, President, Joan
McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D
Bennett, Ron Ochala Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the Council of the City of Livonia
is opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by William E
Montgomery requesting permission to operate a restaurant within a shopping
center located on the South side of Plymouth Road, East of Levan Road in
the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32 of the City of Livonia
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9:42 p.m , October 6, 1986
