AND PICKFORD (EAST & WEST OF LATHERS)

On January 8, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 00 p m Present Robert R Bishop,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated taht pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement on Lathers (Seven Mile to Curtis) and Clarita and
Pickford (East and West of Lathers) in the N E 1/4 of Section 12, City
of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 50 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 37 p m , January 8,
1986
