MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET
IMPROVEMENT OF GRANTLAND AVENUE, WEST OF NEWBURGH
IN THE S E. 1/4 OF SECTION 30
On December 16, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:32 p m. Present: Robert R Bishop, Robert E.
McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett
and Peter A. Ventura. Absent. None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street
improvement of Grantland Avenue, West of Newburgh, in the S.E 1/4 of Section
30, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately twenty people present.
LQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 03 p m , December 16,
1985.
