FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 35

On July 16, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8:00 p.m. Present. Robert R. Bishop,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent: None
The President stated that this is a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, as submitted by Applied
Process, Inc. covering new industrial facilities to be located within
City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 35.
There were approximately 40 people present
tarQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 15 p m. , July 16, 1986
