LbwMINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF OAK DRIVE, NORTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD, SECTION 13
On June 23, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 9.01 P.M. Present. Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra,
Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent. None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special
Assessments, of the Livonia Code of ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening
a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Oak Drive, North
of Five Mile Road, Section 13, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately forty people present.
LQuestions and comRents from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.30 P.M. , June 23, 1986.
