MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 38
FOR ALLMAND ENTERPRISES, INC
On July 16, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 8 21 p m Present Robert R.
Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald
Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated that this is a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial
Development District No 38, pursuant to Act No. 198 of Public Acts
of Michigan of 1974, as amended, petitioned by Allmand Enterprises,
Inc.
There were approximately 40 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
lbw
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 30 p.m , July 16, 1986.
