MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF GRANTLAND AVENUE (WEST OF NEWBURGH)
IN THE S E 1/4 OF SECTION 30 OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA

On March 31, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7 50 p m Present Robert R Bishop,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett
and Ron Ochala Absent Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Grantland
Avenue (West of Newburgh) in the S E 1/4 of Section 30 of the City of
Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 20 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 05 p m , March 31, 1986
