MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 35
FOR APPLIED PROCESS, INC
On April 7, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 10 55 p m Present Robert R Bishop,
President, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D
Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent Joan McCotter
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial
Development District No 35, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts
of Michigan of 1974, as amended, petitioned for by Applied Process, Inc.
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
ibmp consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 11 15 p m. , April 7, 1986
