MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF HOY (HENRY RUFF TO BEATRICE) AND MELVIN (SOUTH OF FIVE MITE ROAD)
On January 14, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice President
of the Council at 8:49 P.M Present . Gerald Taylor, Robert E. McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent:
Robert R Bishop
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement
of Hoy (Henry Ruff to Beatrice) and Melvin (South of Five Mile Road) in the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 23, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately fifty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 34 P.M. , January 14, 1985
