im. MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 84-11-2-36 (Waiver Use)
On February 20, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 20 p.m. Present Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann, Fernon
P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor and Robert D. Bennett Absent:
Feter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Piblic Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
imm a petition submitted by Arbor Drugs requesting waiver use approval for an SDD
license proposed to be utilized in conjunction with an existing business located
on the west side of Middlebelt Road, south of Five Mile Road in the Northeast
1/4 of Section 23
There were approximately 45 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Ftiblic Hearing was declared closed at 9.54 p m , February 20, 1985
