MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 84-10-2-34 (Waiver Use )
On January 14, 1985 the above hearing was held, at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 9.38 P M. Present. Gerald Taylor, Robert E McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent.
Robert R. Bishop.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by David E. Field, Attorney, in behalf of Bottles &
Stuff, Ltd. requesting permission to utilize an SDD license in an existing party
store located on the west side of Newburgh Road, north of Five Mile Road in
Section 18, City of Livonia.
There were approximately ten people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10.00 P.M. , January 14, 1985.
