Imo MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY SAF-TI GLASS DISTRIBUTORS, INC
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF
LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 20
On July 24, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7.25 p m Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and
Teter A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Saf-Ti Glass Distributors, Inc
covering industrial facilities to be located within the City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 20
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.30 p m , July 24, 1985
