MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO. 28
(VISPAC, INC )
On June 24, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-
President of the Council at 8:00 p.m Present: Robert E McCann, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Alice Gundersen and Peter A. Ventura
Absent: Robert R. Bishop.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 28, pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 197+, as amended,
petitioned for by Vispac, Inc
There were approximately seventeen people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were give due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:07 p m. , June 24, 1985.
