MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 85-4-2-11 (Waiver Use)

On July 15, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7.45 p m Present Robert R Bishop, Fernon P Feenstra,
Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Mer A Ventura. Absent.

The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by Levan Party Store, requesting a waiver use approval to
utilize subject property for party store purposes in conjunction with an SDD
Lao Liquor License located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Yale and Levan
Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32, City of Livonia
There were approximately 15 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 05 p m , July 15, 1985
