MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT ON PARKVILLE AVENUE (SEVEN MILE TO MORLOCK) ,
BRETTON (MIDDLEBELT TO PARKVILLE) , ST MARTINS AVENUE
(MIDDLEBELT TO 300' EAST OF PARKVILLE) , AND VASSAR AVENUE
(PARKVILLE TO 300' EAST OF PARKVILLE) IN SECTION 1
On April 22, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 07 P M Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon
P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent

The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
imt Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement on Parkville Avenue (Seven Mile to
Morlock) , Bretton (Middlebelt to Parkville) , St Martins Avenue (Middlebelt to
300' East of Parkville) , and Vassar (Parkville to 300' East of Parkville) in Section
1 , T. 1 S , R 9E , City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately sixty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 47 P M , April 22, 1985
