MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF PICKFORD (MIDDLEBELT TO BRENTWOOD) AND MAPLEWOOD
(SEVEN MILE TO PICKFORD), SECTION 12
On July 15, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 10 p.m. Present . Robert R. Bishop, Fernon P Feenstra,
Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent :
Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement
of Pickford (Middlebelt to Brentwood) and Maplewood (Seven Mile to Pickford),
Section 12, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately forty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 45 p m , July 15, 1985
