MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY CIRCUITS, DMA INC.
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 27
On September 16, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 01 P.M. Present Robert R. Bishop, Robert E.
McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett
and Peter A. Ventura. Absent None.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Circuits, DMA Inc. covering
industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 27.
There were approximately thirty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.07 P.M., September 16, 1985.
