MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY TNT-EDM, INC.
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
INK CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 26.
On August 21, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7.25 p.m. Present: Robert R. Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a PUblic Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by TnT-EDM, Inc covering new
industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 26.
There were approximately five people present.
IwoQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.35 p.m. , August 21, 1985.
