MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS ON CAMDEN AVENUE, NORTH OF PLYMOUTH ROAD
IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 25
On October 21, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8.36 P.M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street
lights on Camden Avenue, North of Plymouth Road in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 25,
City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 20 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 50 P.M. , October 21, 1985
