MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE STREET IMPROVEMENT IN COVENTRY GARDENS AND
COVENTRY WOODS IN THE EAST 1/2 OF SECTION 16
On June 4, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8.09 P M Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor and Robert D Bennett Absent Fernon P
Feenstra and Peter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
for the street improvement in Coventry Gardens and Coventry Woods in
Section 16, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately seventy people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.45 P.M , June 4, 1984
