MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF PARKVILLE AVENUE (SEVEN MILE TO MORLOCK), BRETTON
(MIDDLEBELT TO PARKVILIR), ST. MARTINS AVENUE (MIDDLEBELT TO 300' EAST OF
PARKVILLE) AND VASSAR AVENUE (PARKVILLE TO 300' EAST OF PARKVILLE), SECTION 1
On June 27, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 18 P.M Present: Robert R Bishop, Robert E. McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura. Absent:
Alice Gundersen
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement of various streets in Section 1,
City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately sixty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:33 P.M., June 27, 1984.
