MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE IMPROVEMENT

OF PURLINGBROOK FROM EIGHT MILE TO ST. MARTINS AND BRETTON BETWEEN
PURLINGBROOK AND FLAMINGO IN SECTION 2
On August 15, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by tXlcresident
of the Council at 8-05 P.M. Present Gerald D Taylor, Robert D Bennett,
Robert E McCann and Fernon P Feenstra Absent Peter A Ventura, Alice
Gundersen and Robert R Bishop
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Purlingbrook from Eight Mile to
L,. St. Martins and Bretton between Parlingbrook and Flamingo in Section 2, City
of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately forty-five people present
Questions and commentsfrom interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 19 P M , August 15, 1984
