MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TILE REQUEST BY ABLE STEEL & PROCESSING
INC. FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 15
On August 15, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 8 38 P M Present: Gerald D Taylor, Robert D
Bennett, Robert E McCann and Fernon P Feenstra. Absent: Foter A Ventura,
Alice Gundersen and Robert R Bishop
The Vice President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted, by Able Steel &
Processing Inc covering industrial facilities to be located within City
of Livonia Industrial Development District No 15
There were approximately nine people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.49 P.M , August 15, 1984
