MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA FOR WILLOWOOD INVESTMENTS COMPANY
On September 19, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 36 P M Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E
McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett
and Peter A Ventura Absent None
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this
City Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic
Development Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the construction
of four one-story office buildings, comprising 15,530 feet, on a 2 2 acre
parcel located on the north side of Schoolcraft west of Merriman Road
There were approximately forty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 38 P M , September 19,
1984
