MINUTES OF PUBLTC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 83-3-2-10 (Waiver Use)
On July 11, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 .36 P.M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A
Ventura. Absent. None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said. Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Thomas Schuon requesting waiver use approval to expand an
existing business located on the south side of Eight Mile Road between Merriman and
Osmus in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.03 P M., July 11, 1983
