MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE GRANT AND AWARD BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF A NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE FOR A CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM TO
lir METROVISION OF LIVONIA, INC.
On May 2, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 7 05 P.M. Present: Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra,
Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Mer A. Ventura.
Absent: None.
The City Clerk has given due notice of the Public Hearing in the City's
official newspaper and posted a public notice in the Livonia City Hall, Police
Headquarters, all Fire Stations and the Senior Citizens Center in accordance with
Section 2-3003 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended.
There were approximately thirty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 40 P.M., May 2, 1983.
