MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF OSMUS AVENUE FROM EIGHT MIT,F TO PEMBROKE IN SECTION 3

On September 20, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8:46 P. M. . Present. Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon
P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D. Bennett. Absent:
Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improve-
ments, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment
Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for
street improvement on Osmus Avenue from Eight Mile to Pembroke, in the N.E 1/4 of
Section 3, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were thirty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.03 P. M. , September 20, 1982.
