MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
FOR GILLOW PROPERTIES PROJECT
On November 22, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice President
of the Council at 7.30 P.M. Present. Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent.

The Vice President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this
City Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic Development
Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the renovation, expansion and
operation of an existing commercial facility including machinery, equipment, and
the site therefor, for use by Gillow Properties, a Michigan copartnership The
project will not require the displacement and relocating of any persons and will
be located at 33350 Plymouth Road
There were approximately three persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The PUblic Hearing was declared closed at 7 35 P M.
