MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
OF DISTRICT NO. 10 (Gel Incorporated)
On January 10, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.43 P.M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Peter A
Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Ptblic Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 10, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Etblic Acts of 1974, as
amended, petitioned for by Gel Incorporated
There were approximately thirty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Ftblic Hearing was declared closed at 8 47 P M. , January 10,
1983.
