MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 82-10-2-33 (Waiver Use)
On January 10, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 30 P.M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D Bennett and Peter A.
Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
54+3, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Rzblic Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said ordinance No 54+3, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by Major Magic's All Star Pizza Revue, Inc. requesting
1611 approval to utilize a Class "C" Liquor License within a restaurant proposed to
be located within an existing building located on the Northeast corner of Plymouth
and Middlebelt Roads in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, on property zoned C-2,
City of Livonia
There were approximately fifteen people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council,, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 31 P M. , January 10, 1983
