MINUTES OF PUBT7C HEARING ON PETITION NO 82-11-2-38 (WAIVER USE)
On February 7, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9.14 P.M. Present: Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and
Peter A. Ventura Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by Wonderland Center requesting permission to utilize
a Class "C" liquor license within an existing restaurant establishment located
on the Southwest corner of Plymouth and Middlebelt Roads in the Northeast 1/4
of Section 35, City of Livcnia
There were approximately twelve people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.52 P.M., February 7, 1983
