MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF BARKTRY AVENUE, BONNYDATR DRIVE, NYE ROAD,
AND NYE COURT IN THE N. W. 1/4 OF SECTION 23
On May 17, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9.08 P. M. Present. Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon
P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen and. Robert R. Bishop Absent: Robert D. Bennett
and. Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment
limRoll for the street improvement of Barkley Avenue, Bonnydale Drive, Nye Road, and
Nye Court (portions of Bonnydale Subdivision No. 2 and Lyndon Manor Subdi vision)
in the N. W. 1/4 of Section 23, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately twenty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:45 P. M. , May 17, 1982.
