HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1981-12-14 PETITION 1981-03-01-06 19662 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS 111 On December 14, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 10:32 P. M. . Present: Robert D Bennett, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and. Peter A Ventura Absent Robert F. Nash. Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled. The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in L Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5.293)-I.), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance. Petition No. 81-3-1-6, submitted by the City Planning Commission for a change of zoning of property located on the west side of Farmington Road, South of Five Mile Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, from R-2 to AG (One Family Residential to General Agricultural). Petition No. 81-8-1-19 submitted by Robert J. Johnson for a change of zoning of property located on the west side of Ashurst north of Five Mile Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 16, from P.L. to R-3, (Public Land to One Family Residential). Petition No. 81-9-1-21 submitted by the City Planning Commission for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Munger between Middlebelt Road and Oporto in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, from P L. to P.S.
