MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 81-10-2-24 (Waiver Use)
On January 11, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and, was called, to order by the President of
the Council at 8:12 P. M . Present* Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said. Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Advance Truck Maintenance Service, requesting a waiver use
approval to operate a light truck maintenance facility within an existing building
located on the south side of Schoolcraft between Inkster and. Middlebelt Roads in
the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, City of Livonia.
There were approximately fifty-five people present.
Questions and, comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.31 P. M. , January 11, 1982
