MINUTES OF HEARING ON PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 1
ISSUED TO FORD MOTOR COMPANY LIVONIA TRANSMISSION PLANT
On February 1, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 7 01 P M Present. Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon Feenstra,
Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, and Robert D Bennett Absent Peter A Ventura
The President stated that this is a Hearing with respect to Ford Motor Company's
request for consideration under Public Act 198 Tax Abatement covering facilities located
at Levan and Plymouth Roads, Livonia, Michigan relating to S333,000,000 in new
equipment and machinery
There were approximately thirty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Rearing was declared closed at 7 42 P M , February 1, 1982
