OF SECTION 9
On April 26, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7 05 P M Present Robert E McCann,
Gerald Taylor, Fernon Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett,
Peter A Ventura and Robert R Bishop
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvement, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a
public hearing on the Necessity relative to the proposed paving improvement
of Wayne Road, South of Seven Mile Road approximately 1,000 feet in the
N.W. 1/4 of Section 8 and in the N.W 1/4 of Section 9, T 1 S , R 9 E ,
City of Livonia
There were approximately twelve people present.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 05 P.M , April 26, 1982
