MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS
On May 10, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7.04 P M Present: Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice 1indersen , Robert D Bennett, Peter A. Ventura Absent .

Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior
to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed
change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
have been fulfilled
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in
Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the
Zoning Act (M S.A. Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia
is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the
Zoning Ordinance
Petition No 82-2-1-3, submitted by James and Kathryn McQuade for a change
of zoning of property located on the east side of Farmington Road between Pickford
and Curtis in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, from R-1 (One Family Residential
to P S (Professional Service)
Petition No 82-3-6-1, submitted by the City Planning Commission to amend
Section 11 03 of Ordinance No 543, to include regulations relating to automotive
transmission repair businesses in C-2 (General Business) districts
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.17 P M. , on May 10, 1982
