MINUTES OF PUBLIC BEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR TIE
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTING IN HIDDEN PINES SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 10
On August 25, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 9.26 P. M. Present Robert D. Bennett, Gerald D. Taylor, Alice Gundersen,
Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann, and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Robert F. Nash.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment
Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
for the installation of a high pressuie sodium street lighting system on davitt poles
with underground wiring in Hidden Pines Subdivision in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 10,
City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Pdblic Hearing was declared closed at 9.40 P. M., August 25, 1980.
