MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO. 6
On August 25, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 07 P. M. Present. Robert D. Bennett, Gerald D. Taylor, Alice Gundersen,
Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura. Absent Robert F. Nash.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of whether
this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development District No. 6,
pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended, as petitioned for by
Lustre Finish, Inc.
There were approximately twenty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.39 P. M., August 25, 1980.
