MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN FOR
NAGLF PAVING COMPANY PROJECT
On August 18, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8.15 P M Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald
Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura
Absent. None.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this City
should approve the Project Plan recommended by The Economic Development Corporation
of the City of Livonia, consisting of the construction and operation of a commercial
facility to be used by Nagle Paving Company The location of the Project Plan area
is on the west side of Levan Road between Amrhein Road and the C&O Railway in
110 Section 29 and is comprised of approximately 11 3628 acres
There were approximately twenty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 20 P M , August 18, 1980
