MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN QUAKERTOWN SUBDIVISION NO. 2
IN THE N.W. 1/4+ OF SECTION 18
On April 6, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 9:22 P. M. . Present: Robert D Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor,
Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann and Peter A. Ventura. Absent.
None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity
relative to installing street lights in Quakertown Subdivision No. 2, in the N W
1/4 of Section 18, City of Livonia
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 23 P M., April 6, 1981.
