MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF TWENTY-SEVEN SODIUM LIGHTS IN LAUREL PARK COMPLEX IN SECTION 7
On April 23, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.o4 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald
D. Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A.
Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment
Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity of
installing twenty-seven 250 Watt High Pressure Sodium Lights with underground
wiring in the Laurel Park Complex in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7, T. 1 S. ,
R. 9 E., City of Livonia.
There were approximately twenty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 12 P. M., April 23, 1979.
