(b-12-b-33P (Appeal) On May 7, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 17 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D. Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Robert R. Bishop. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal from a determination made on February 20, 1979 by the City Planning Commission in its resolution 2-32-79 with regard to Petition 78-12-8-38P, submitted by David Wickman of the Lawson Company requesting approval of all plans required by Section l$.53 in connection with a proposal to construct a party store on the west side of Farmington Road between Plymouth Road and Orangelawn in Section 33, City of Livonia. There were approximately three people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 30 P. M., May 7, 1979. ADDISON W. BACMACity Clerk
