MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ENGINEER' S REPORT ON INCREASED COSTS
FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT IN LIVONIA HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION
IN SECTION 6
On June 18, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8 05 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald D Taylor, Jerry
Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R Bishop and Peter A. Ventura Absent
Robert F. Nash
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Engineer's report on increased costs for the placement of 4" of asphalt on
L the existing roadway (Alternate IV) in Livonia Hills Estates Subdivision in
Section 6, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately fifty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 22 P. M. , June 18, 1979
